On Wednesday, the Center for the Arts presents an evening featuring short films, food demonstrations, and a panel discussion focused on the future of farming and food. The films Harvesting Liberty and Unbroken Ground will be followed by a discussion between Yvon Chouinard, Birgit Cameron of Patagonia Provisions, Ian McGregor of Slow Food in the Tetons, and Nona Yehia of Vertical Harvest. We talked with Ian McGregor to learn more about the state of sustainable food production in our valley and beyond.
